Cancellation Policy At Ella's Academy, we understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or request a refund for a lesson you haven't taken, please consult our Cancellation Policy.
Refunds Ella's Academy is not responsible for refunds regarding lessons that have already taken place. However, we may offer new learners a satisfaction guarantee. If a lesson does not meet your expectations, we may consider refunding or offering credit for future lessons.
