Ella started teaching after receiving her Music degree from King's College London and moving to Los Angeles. Her deep understanding of music theory and expertise in voice and piano performance have garnered praise from GQ magazine, PAPER magazine, NOTION magazine along with being featured in several Spotify and Apple editorial playlists. Her passion for music education and performance give her a unique stand point to offer students of all ages and abilities. With the esteemed roster of world class music teachers, Ella guarantees students vast improvement. Her teaching methods vary, ranging from one-on-one lessons to group instruction, depending on the setting and the needs of the students.Ella has worked with a range of genres and specializes in RnB, Pop, and Classical. Overall, student will be equipped with the following:
  1. Lesson Plan: a curriculum tailored to the students’ needs and skill levels. Designed  instructional materials, selected  repertoire, and goals / objectives.
  2. Skill Development: a heavy focus on developing the students technical abilities on their chosen instruments or voice. Instruction on proper technique, posture, hand positioning, and breathing exercises along with strengthening of sight-reading skills, ear training, and musical expression.
  3. Music Theory: Fundamental music theory concepts, such as reading sheet music, understanding rhythm, harmony, scales, and chord progressions.
  4. Repertoire Selection: Assistance in selecting appropriate repertoire that matches their skill level and musical interests. Students will be introduced to a diverse range of musical styles while exploring different composers and genres.
  5. Performance Preparation: Students will be assisted when preparing for performances, recitals, auditions, and competitions. We will guide students through rehearsals, provide feedback on their performances, and offer strategies to manage stage fright and performance anxiety.
  6. Assessments and Evaluations: Every lesson will progress through various methods, such as performance evaluations, written exams, and practical assessments. Feedback will be given as to track student growth, and identify areas for improvement.
  7. Communication and Collaboration: We provide parents or guardians with thorough updates on progress goals, and address any concerns
